‘RESTEASY’ Discount Code for New Customers

Please read these terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions) carefully before you use code ‘50OFF’ (the Discount Code) upon a purchase of a new funeral plan with us. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the terms and conditions for the respective funeral plan purchased.

• The Promoter
  
  • “We” or “Us” means Memoria Direct Cremation. Memoria Direct Cremation is a trading name of Low Cost Funeral Limited (incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number: 10119791, registered office at The Pool House, Bicester Road, Stratton Audley OX27 9BS) (“Promoter”).
  • “You” or “your” means the new customer who wishes to use the Discount Code.

• Eligibility
  
  • The Discount Code can only be used by a UK resident aged 18 years or over, except:
    
    • Employees of the Promoter or its holding/subsidiary companies;
    • Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, professionally connected with the Discount Code or its administration.
  • Only new customers of the Promoter who have not yet purchased a funeral plan may use the Discount Code.
  • Limit of one use per person. Use on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse application of the Discount Code for conduct contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
  • The Discount Code cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other products.

• The Discount Code
  
  • Provides a £50.00 discount on the total cost of the funeral plan purchased, exclusive of taxes.
  • Must be applied at the time of purchase; cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, or vouchers.

• Cancellation and Refunds
  
  • If you cancel a funeral plan purchase, the Discount Code will be forfeited and cannot be reused.
  • If a refund is issued for a purchase made using the Discount Code, only the amount paid after discount will be refunded.

• General
  
  • The closing date for use of the Discount Code is October 17, 2025. Discount Codes used after this date will not be processed.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete purchases caused by technical issues.
  • Use of the Discount Code constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter may void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Discount Code and Terms if necessary.
  • The Promoter will only process personal information as per the Privacy Policy.
  • Terms governed by English law. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
